Getting to Guyana
By Air

Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) is the primary entry point for international travelers flying into Guyana. Located approximately 40 kilometers from the capital city of Georgetown, CJIA hosts several major airlines, including Caribbean Airlines, American Airlines, Copa Airlines, and JetBlue, which offer direct flights from North America, South America, and the Caribbean.
By Sea

While less common, travelers can also access Guyana via cruise ships or private vessels. The main seaport entry is the Port of Georgetown. It's advised to check with your cruise line for specific disembarkation processes.
